Michael Schellbach got his start in the insurance industry January 2009. He worked in South Florida call centers selling limited medical plans designed for people with medical issues. After realizing the plans he was selling were not very beneficial to the client, he searched for a better insurance option for the public.
In 2011 he and a business partner created their first insurance agency, Your Insurance Solution. Over the next 7 years Your Insurance Solution insured over 10,000 lives across the country.
In April 2019 Michael and his business partner decided to go in different directions. Michael decided to rebrand the YIS name into a new agency, Y.I.S. Benefits.
